Details of funding provided to the Public Participation Networks (PPNs). This data is held by Pobal on behalf of the Department, in the IRIS database. May include contact details.

A PPN has been established in each local authority area to enable the public to take an active formal role in policy making. Community groups register to join the PPN in their local authority area. Funding is provided on an annual basis for employment of a resource worker in each LA to support the PPN secretariat. and provide activities, training etc.
